BAVIERA se convierte en la primera compañía del sector sanitario a nivel Mundial en obtener la Triple Certificación en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo: ISO 45001, ISO 45003 y Modelo de Entorno Laboral Saludable de la OMS, en España, Italia, Reino Unido, Austria y Alemania

BAVIERA recibió el pasado 14 de septiembre, en Madrid, el certificado que acredita, para el Grupo en su totalidad, el cumplimiento de los requisitos de la Norma ISO 45001:2018 de Sistemas de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, la Norma ISO 45003:2021 de gestión de los riesgos psicosociales, y el Modelo de Entorno Laboral Saludable (ELS) de la Organización Mundial de la Salud, convirtiéndose en la primera organización sanitaria a nivel mundial en obtener esta triple certificación de forma simultánea en cinco países: España, Italia, Reino Unido, Austria y Alemania, bajo sus marcas Baviera, Optimax Clinics y Care Vision.

El acto de entrega contó con la presencia de Salvador Villasmil Perea, Responsable de Seguridad y Salud, en representación de BAVIERA, y de Mónica Saiz, auditora responsable del proceso, y Daniel Tapial, Director de Desarrollo de Negocio, en representación de Full Audit.

En el sector sanitario, cuidar a los profesionales es cuidar también a los pacientes. BAVIERA ha dado un paso singular al abordar esta realidad de forma estructurada y certificada, poniendo en el centro la salud mental y el bienestar integral de sus equipos, y haciéndolo de forma simultánea en cinco países.

La triple certificación obtenida por BAVIERA se articula en torno a tres marcos complementarios:

• ISO 45001: Establece el marco del Sistema de Gestión para garantizar entornos laborales seguros y saludables previniendo las lesiones y el deterioro de la salud relacionados con el trabajo.
• ISO 45003: Aporta la gestión estructurada de los riesgos psicosociales, clave en un entorno clínico de alta exigencia emocional y asistencial.
• Modelo ELS de la OMS: Completa la estrategia trascendiendo la prevención tradicional para promover la salud física, psicosocial y el impacto positivo en la comunidad.

La auditora Mónica Saiz describió el alcance técnico del proceso y puso el foco en la eficacia del sistema verificado: "Una auditoría de esta magnitud exige verificar evidencias objetivas y evaluar el desempeño operativo en cada uno de los centros. Lo que hemos verificado en BAVIERA es la integración efectiva de la ISO 45001, la ISO 45003 y el modelo ELS dentro de la operativa diaria de cinco países distintos, demostrando una alta trazabilidad del sistema, un sólido control de los riesgos psicosociales y una madurez organizativa plenamente en consonancia con las exigencias internacionales”.

Desde BAVIERA, Salvador Villasmil Perea conectó la certificación con la razón de ser de todo el proyecto: "En sanidad, el autocuidado del profesional acaba reflejándose en la calidad asistencial. BAVIERA has taken a distinctive step by addressing this reality in a structured, certified way, placing the mental health and overall wellbeing of its teams at the centre, and doing so simultaneously in five countries. 

The triple certification obtained by BAVIERA is built around three complementary frameworks: 

• ISO 45001: Establishes the Management System framework to ensure safe and healthy working environments, preventing work-related injuries and ill health.

Auditor Mónica Saiz described the technical scope of the process and highlighted the effectiveness of the verified system: "An audit of this magnitude requires verifying objective evidence and assessing operational performance at each centre. What we verified at BAVIERA is the effective integration of ISO 45001, ISO 45003 and the ELS model into the daily operations of five different countries, demonstrating high traceability of the system, solid control of psychosocial risks and organisational maturity, fully in line with international requirements." 

For BAVIERA, Salvador Villasmil Perea linked the certification to the purpose of the entire project: "In healthcare, the wellbeing of healthcare professionals is ultimately reflected in the quality of care. L'auditor Mónica Saiz ha descritto la portata tecnica del processo, sottolineando l'efficacia del sistema verificato: "Un audit di questa portata richiede di verificare evidenze oggettive e valutare le prestazioni operative in ciascun centro. Ciò che abbiamo verificato in BAVIERA è l'integrazione effettiva della ISO 45001, della ISO 45003 e del modello ELS nell'operatività quotidiana di cinque paesi diversi, dimostrando un’elevata tracciabilità del sistema, un solido controllo dei rischi psicosociali e una maturità organizzativa pienamente in linea con i requisiti internazionali".

Da parte di BAVIERA, Salvador Villasmil Perea ha collegato la certificazione alla ragion d'essere dell'intero progetto: "In sanità, la cura di sé da parte del professionista si riflette infine sulla qualità dell'assistenza. BAVIERA hat einen besonderen Schritt unternommen, indem es diese Realität strukturiert und zertifiziert angegangen ist, die psychische Gesundheit und das ganzheitliche Wohlbefinden seiner Teams in den Mittelpunkt gestellt hat und dies gleichzeitig in fünf Ländern getan hat. 

Die von BAVIERA erhaltene Dreifachzertifizierung gliedert sich in drei sich ergänzende Rahmenwerke:

Die Auditorin Mónica Saiz beschrieb den technischen Umfang des Prozesses und hob die Wirksamkeit des überprüften Systems hervor: "Ein Audit dieses Ausmaßes erfordert die Überprüfung objektiver Nachweise und die Bewertung der operativen Leistung in jedem einzelnen Zentrum. Was wir bei BAVIERA überprüft haben, ist die tatsächliche Integration von ISO 45001, ISO 45003 und dem ELS-Modell in den täglichen Betrieb von fünf verschiedenen Ländern, was eine hohe Rückverfolgbarkeit des Systems, eine solide Kontrolle der psychosozialen Risiken und eine organisatorische Reife zeigt, die voll und ganz den internationalen Anforderungen entspricht." 

Seitens BAVIERA verband Salvador Villasmil Perea die Zertifizierung mit dem eigentlichen Sinn des gesamten Projekts: "Im Gesundheitswesen spiegelt sich die Selbstfürsorge der Fachkräfte letztlich in der Qualität der Versorgung wider.
